Coarse aggregate-containing bi-component 3D printing concrete and preparation method and device thereof
The invention relates to 3D printing concrete containing coarse aggregate and a preparation method and device of the 3D printing concrete. A spray head device comprises a conical storage barrel with a downward discharging opening, a circular spray nozzle arranged at the discharging opening in the lower end of the storage barrel, and a fixing platform arranged above the storage barrel and used for being connected with a 3D printing device. A conveying and stirring device capable of conveying and homogenizing the bi-component concrete mixture is further arranged in the storage barrel and passes through a servo motor arranged at the top end of the storage barrel. The 3D printing concrete material containing the coarse aggregate comprises a component A and a component B, the component A is prepared from cement, an admixture, coarse aggregate, fine aggregate and a pumping agent; and the component B consists of a thickening agent, a thickening time control agent and a thixotropic agent. The 3D printer is suitable for on-site printing of large-scale 3D printing buildings or 3D printing in a complex construction environment.
本发明涉及一种含粗骨料3D打印混凝土及其制备方法和装置,喷头装置包括出料口朝下的锥形储料筒、设于储料筒低端的出料口处的圆形喷嘴、设于储料筒上方并用于与3D打印装置连接的固定平台,且储料筒内还设有能够能够输送均化双组分混凝土拌合物的传送搅拌装置,传送搅拌装置通过设于所述储料筒顶端的伺服电机。含粗骨料3D打印混凝土材料包括A组分和B组分。A组分由水泥、掺合料、粗骨料、细骨料和泵送剂组成;B组分由增稠剂、调凝剂和触变剂组成。本发明适合于大型3D打印建筑物的现场打印或复杂施工环境下3D打印。
