Method for preparing silicon nitride ceramic by sintering under normal pressure
The invention provides a method for preparing silicon nitride ceramic by sintering under normal pressure. The method comprises the following steps of: (1) mixing alpha-phase silicon nitride with a sintering aid; (2) granulating the mixture obtained in the step (1); (3) molding the granulated material obtained in the step (2); and (4) sintering the molded material obtained in the step (3). The method can avoid the actual problems of sample cracking or bending and the like caused by large volume shrinkage in the silicon nitride ceramic sintering process in the silicon nitride ceramic productionprocess, has the advantages of high production efficiency and low cost as compared with the hot-pressing sintering which is most widely applied at present, and is more beneficial to the actual production of the silicon nitride ceramic.
本发明提供了一种在常压下烧结制备氮化硅陶瓷的方法,其包括以下步骤:(1)将α相氮化硅与助烧剂混合;(2)将步骤(1)中得到的混合物进行造粒;(3)将步骤(2)中得到的造粒材料进行成型;以及(4)将步骤(3)中得到的成型材料进行烧结。通过本发明的方法可以在氮化硅陶瓷生产过程中规避如由于氮化硅陶瓷烧结过程中体积收缩大而导致样品开裂或弯曲等实际问题,并且相比于目前应用最广的热压烧结,还具有生产效率高且成本低的优点,更加有利于氮化硅陶瓷的实际生产。
