The invention discloses an fabricated revetment. The fabricated revetment is formed by splicing a plurality of L-shaped prefabricated revetment sections, concave parts at the ends of every two adjacent L-shaped prefabricated revetment sections are spliced to form a groove after the two adjacent L-shaped prefabricated revetment sections are spliced, water stop materials are arranged in the grooves,the two ends of the water stop materials are fixed to reserved bolt holes in the ends of every two adjacent prefabricated revetment sections through bolts, expansion mortar is poured into the groovesand an assembling gap between every two adjacent L-shaped prefabricated revetment sections, and the surface of each assembling gap is provided with single-component polyurethane sealant. According tothe fabricated revetment, the problems of long cast-in-place revetment construction period, low speed and difficulty in guaranteeing the construction quality in the previous project implementation process are solved; the prefabricated revetment construction has little influence on the riverway and the surrounding environment, rapid construction and green construction of the riverway revetment canbe achieved, and the expected construction quality of the revetment is easy to guarantee; and The prefabricated revetment can be repeatedly used in long-term planning, the waste work amount is reduced, and high efficiency and environmental protection are achieved.
本发明公开了一种装配式护岸,由若干个L型预制护岸段拼接而成,两段相邻L型预制护岸段拼合后其端部的凹陷部拼合形成凹槽,凹槽内设止水材料,利用螺栓将所述止水材料的两端固定在相邻两个预制护岸段端部的预留螺栓孔上,并在所述凹槽及两段相邻L型预制护岸段之间的拼装间隙内灌入膨胀砂浆,拼装间隙表面采用单组份聚氨酯密封胶。本发明解决了以往工程实施过程中现浇护岸工期长,速度慢,施工质量难以保证的问题,预制护岸施工对河道及周边环境影响小,能够实现河道护岸迅速施工,绿色施工,且易于保证护岸预期施工质量。预制护岸在远期规划中可重复利用,减少废弃工程量,高效环保。
