Construction process of fabricated revetment
The invention provides an assembly type bank protection construction technology which comprises the steps that pile sinking is completed along a limiting frame fixed through an embedded steel pipe, and after pile sinking, a pile body is adjusted through the limiting frame to form a pile foundation; cushion layer pouring is conducted along the pile foundation, cushion layer pouring is conducted at least twice, secondary pouring is conducted, and meanwhile the prefabricated pile head is treated to expose the embedded steel bars; hoisting a bottom plate to a set position, binding the bottom plate with embedded steel bars in the head of the precast pile to form a steel bar mesh, and performing wet construction to complete pouring maintenance of the preformed hole and the steel bar mesh, so that the pile foundation and the bottom plate form a whole; according to the design, the hollow block structures are hoisted and constructed layer by layer to form a stepped bank protection structure; the step of hoisting and constructing the hollow block structure layer by layer comprises hoisting and connecting adjacent hollow blocks, laying geotechnical cloth and filling backfill soil; and polyurethane blocks are mounted along the river facing side of the stepped bank protection structure. The flatness and firmness of the pile foundation and the cushion layer are fully considered, and the whole stability is improved.
本发明提供了装配式护岸的施工工艺,包括,沿经预埋钢管固定的限位架完成沉桩,并在沉桩后利用限位架进行桩身调节,以形成桩基;沿桩基进行垫层浇筑,所述垫层浇筑至少经历两次浇筑,且二次浇筑,同时处理预制桩桩头露出预埋钢筋;吊装底板至设置位置,并利用底板与预制桩桩头中的预埋钢筋绑扎以形成钢筋网,并湿法施工完成预留孔和钢筋网的浇筑养护,使得桩基与底板形成整体;按照设计,逐层吊装施工空心块结构,以形成阶梯式护岸结构;所述逐层吊装施工空心块结构包括吊装并连接相邻的空心块、土工布铺设以及回填土填充;沿阶梯式护岸结构的迎河侧安装聚氨酯块。本发明充分考虑桩基和垫层的平整度以及牢固性,提高整个的稳定性。
