The invention provides a stable climbing device with an anti-falling function for constructional engineering, belongs to the technical field of constructional engineering, and aims to solve the problem that an existing climbing device is lack of an effective anti-falling structure, so that a worker is prone to falling from a high place under the condition of missing steps or other reasons. The stable climbing device comprises a movable bottom plate, a vertical supporting plate is fixedly connected to the middle of the upper end face of the movable bottom plate; universal wheels are installed at the four included angles of the bottom end face of the movable bottom plate, and two climbing mechanisms are symmetrically and fixedly installed between the upper end face of the movable bottom plate and the front end face and the rear end face of the vertical supporting plate. When a step missing phenomenon occurs, a safety belt is pulled downwards and a sliding rod slides downwards through thegravity of a human body, at the moment, the head end of a strip-shaped sliding block is rapidly inserted into a rectangular limiting bayonet, so that the strip-shaped sliding block is limited, a worker is rapidly pulled through the safety belt, thus serious safety accidents can be avoided, and therefore, the safety of the climbing device in use is greatly improved.
