Beam plate reinforcing system and reinforcing method thereof
The invention discloses a beam plate reinforcing system and a reinforcing method thereof. The beam plate reinforcing system comprises an FRP rib net and a plurality of connecting assemblies; the FRP rib net is arranged on the surface of a beam plate; the multiple connecting assemblies are evenly distributed on the FRP rib net, and thus the FRP rib net and the beam plate are connected and fixed through the connecting assemblies. The invention further provides a reinforcing method of the beam plate reinforcing system. Good connection between a new reinforcing system and an original component isachieved finally, and the effect of the reinforcing system is effectively achieved. The beam plate reinforced by the FRP rib net has better durability compared with a beam plate in which new steel bars are used for replacing rusted steel bars. Meshes of the FRP rib net have air permeability, bubbles in a repairing bonding interface between the beam plate and the FRP rib net can be allowed to passthrough, and the bonding quality is improved. Meanwhile, the FRP rib net can further improve the tensile property of the beam plate, and the mechanical potential of the beam plate is brought into fullplay.
