The invention discloses a bridge health monitoring and early warning management system based on big data. The system comprises a region division module, a monitoring point arrangement module, a distance detection module, a distance analysis module, a bridge opening radius detection module, a bridge opening radius analysis module, an analysis server, a handrail control module, a remote service center and a storage database. According to the method, the bridge area to be monitored is divided, the average distance difference value between the bridge floor of each sub-area and the bridge guardrailheight is monitored, whether the bridge floor safety of each sub-area is qualified or not is analyzed, emergency treatment is conducted on each sub-area with unqualified bridge floor safety, and thedistance between each arc sub-area in the arch crown area of the bridge opening and the circle center is monitored; meanwhile, the comprehensive safety influence coefficient of the bridge is calculated, whether the bridge is in a dangerous stage or not is judged, when the bridge is in the dangerous stage, a bridge barrier gate handrail is controlled to descend, alarm reminding and corresponding processing measures are taken, and therefore the life and property safety of people is guaranteed.
