The invention discloses a stone-like water permeable brick and a manufacturing method thereof. The stone-like water permeable brick comprises a surface layer and a bottom layer, the surface layer is prepared from, by mass, 70%-75% of sand, 20%-25% of white cement, 0.5%-1% of pigment and 5%-10% of water, and the bottom layer is prepared from, by mass, 75%-80% of stone and 15%-20% of gray cement. The preparation method comprises the following steps of putting the bottom-layer raw materials into a No.1 stirrer in proportion, conducting stirring for 60-80 seconds, adding 5-10% of water, conductingstirring for 80-100 seconds, putting the stirred material into a backing material vehicle, dividing the surface-layer raw materials into 10 parts in total, putting 5 parts of the surface-layer raw materials including sand, pigment and water into a No.2 stirrer in proportion, conducting stirring for 60-80 seconds, adding white cement in proportion, and conducting stirring for 40-50 seconds; and putting 3 parts of the surface-layer raw materials including the sand, the pigment and the water into a No. 3 stirrer in proportion, conducting stirring for 60-80 seconds, adding the white cement in proportion, and conducting stirring for 35-45 seconds. Through a series of operations, the stone-like water permeable brick has the characteristics of appearance similar to that of natural stone, high compressive strength, better water permeability, stronger wear resistance and the like.
