The preparation process is simple, and the strontium ferrite-based self-compacting sacrificial neat paste with excellent working performance, compressive strength and corrosion resistance can be prepared by adopting a conventional forced single-horizontal-shaft concrete mixer.The strontium ferrite-based self-compacting sacrificial neat paste prepared by the method has the advantages of good working performance, high compressive strength, good corrosion resistance and the like, can be used in reactor core traps of third-generation and future fourth-generation nuclear power stations at present, and has obvious engineering application value.
本发明公开一种锶铁氧体基自密实牺牲净浆及制备方法,该锶铁氧体基自密实牺牲净浆主要组成为:硫铝酸盐水泥1000‑1600份、锶铁氧体130‑500份、水620‑660份、减水剂0.05‑30份。本发明制备工艺简单,采用常规的强制式单卧轴混凝土搅拌机即可制备出工作性能、抗压强度、抗熔蚀性能优良的锶铁氧体基自密实牺牲净浆。本发明制备的锶铁氧体基自密实牺牲净浆具有工作性能好、抗压强度高、耐熔蚀性能好等优点,可以用于目前第三代及未来第四代核电站堆芯捕集器中,具有明显的工程应用价值。
