Anti-freezing neat paste for prestressed concrete beam pipeline and preparation method thereof
The invention provides anti-freezing neat paste for a prestressed concrete beam pipeline and a preparation method of the anti-freezing neat paste. The invention belongs to the technical field of pipeline grouting. The anti-freezing neat paste is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 950 to 1000 parts of cement; 200 to 220 parts of slag powder; 200 to 220 parts of fly ash; 135 to 145 parts of negative-temperature filling agent; and 450 to 500 parts of water. The cement is Portland cement or ordinary Portland cement, and the grade of the cement is 42.5; the slag powder isS95-grade granulated blast furnace slag powder; and the coal ash is class-F I coal ash. According to the anti-freezing neat paste for the prestressed concrete beam pipeline, the mineral powder and coal ash are added into the neat paste to improve the compactness of the neat paste, meanwhile, air shrinkage deformation of paste is reduced; the negative-temperature filling agent is added, the cementcan still continue to be hydrated at the negative temperature, and meanwhile expansion, anti-freezing and water reducing effects are achieved.
本发明提供一种预应力混凝土梁管道用抗冻净浆及其制备方法,属于管道灌浆的技术领域,包括以下重量份数的原材料:水泥950‑1000份、矿渣粉200‑220份、粉煤灰200‑220份、负温填充剂135‑145份以及水450‑500份;水泥为硅酸盐水泥或普通硅酸盐水泥,等级为42.5级;矿渣粉为S95级粒化高炉矿渣粉;粉煤灰为F类Ⅰ级粉煤灰。该预应力混凝土梁管道用抗冻净浆通过在净浆中添加矿粉、粉煤灰来提高净浆的密实度,同时减小了浆体的干缩变形,添加负温填充剂,使得水泥在负温下仍能继续水化,同时起到膨胀、防冻、减水的作用。
