The complex stratum comprehensive grouting method comprises the following steps of arrangement of grouting holes, drilling, hole cleaning, grouting and grout closing, specifically, the arrangement of the grouting holes is conducted in a three-row two-sequence construction mode, the three rows specifically comprise the upstream row and the downstream row which are arranged in an anti-seepage wall and the downstream row outside the anti-seepage wall; drilling grouting holes, specifically, sectional type drilling is performed by adopting weighted slurry wall protection drilling in combination with a hole opening sealing process; grouting of the grouting holes, specifically, segmented grouting is conducted in the mode that sleeve valve pipe grouting is combined with drilling and grouting alternate grouting, and the sleeve valve pipe grouting is conducted through a segmented clamping and plugging method from bottom totop; and the drilling and grouting alternate grouting adopts a top-down sectional type clamping and plugging method for grouting. The grouting method is suitable for high-water-point, water gushing and sand gushing environment grouting, the grouting efficiency is high, the adaptability to variable geology is high, the water blocking curtain is formed completely and stably after the grouting, and potential safety hazards caused by water leakage and water seepage can be greatly reduced or even eliminated.
