The invention provides a variable-cross-section concrete pile, a pile mold and a manufacturing method of the variable-cross-section concrete pile. The variable-cross-section concrete pile is manufactured and formed in the pile mold, the variable-cross-section concrete pile comprises a pile body and two or more prefabricated rings arranged in the length direction of the pile body at intervals, center holes are formed in the prefabricated rings, the pile body is formed by penetrating concrete slurry through the center holes to be cured, the cured pile body and the prefabricated rings form an integrated structure, the prefabricated rings are prefabricated firstly, namely, the rib part on the variable-cross-section concrete pile is manufactured firstly, and then the concrete slurry penetratesthrough the center holes of the prefabricated rings to be cured to form the pile body. The solidified pile body and the prefabricated rings form the integrated structure, manufacturing of a special all-in-one pile mold is not needed, the requirement for the structure of the pile mold is lowered, and the difficulty of manufacturing the pile mold is lowered.
