Basement waterproof construction process
The invention relates to the field of building construction, and provides a basement waterproof construction process. The basement waterproof construction process comprises the steps that a basement bottom plate adopts a waterproof concrete bottom plate; two polyethylene polypropylene fiber composite waterproof coiled materials with the thickness of 0.7 mm and a polymer cement binder with the thickness of 1.3 mm are adopted; a C15 concrete cushion layer with the thickness of 100 mm is leveled, and the first-level waterproof requirement is met; a basement roof is waterproof by covering plantingsoil or a hard pavement, draining by a polyester non-woven fabric water filtering layer and a continuous film pressing drainage plate, and arranging (Phi6@200 bidirectional steel bars, a polyethylenefilm isolation layer, an SBS root-puncture-resistant waterproof roll, a 20-thickness 1-to-3 cement mortar leveling layer, an ethylene propylene diene monomer waterproof roll and a base treatment agent layer in a fine concrete protection layer slope, and the first-level waterproof effect is achieved; an XPS polystyrene board protective layer and a multi-layer polyurethane waterproof coating are adopted for basement exterior wall waterproofing; and the first-level waterproof effect is achieved through one-pass of the base layer treatment agent. According to the basement waterproof constructionprocess, different modes and means are adopted according to the actual waterproof requirements of all parts of the basement, the waterproof effect is good, and the requirement of the first-level waterproof grade is met.
本发明涉及建筑施工领域,提供了地下室防水施工工艺。地下室底板采用防水混凝土底板;两道0.7厚聚乙烯丙纶复合防水卷材+1.3厚聚合物水泥粘结剂;100厚C15混凝土垫层抹平,达到一级防水的要求;地下室顶板防水采用覆盖种植土或硬质铺地,聚酯无纺布滤水层、连续压膜排水板排水、细砼保护层找坡内配(∅6@200双向钢筋、聚乙烯薄膜隔离层、SBS耐根穿刺型防水卷材、20厚1:3水泥砂浆找平层、三元乙丙橡胶防水卷材、基层处理剂层,达到一级防水的效果;地下室外墙防水采用XPS聚苯板保护层、多层聚氨酯防水涂料;基层处理剂一道,达到一级防水的效果。本工艺针对地下室各部位的实际防水需求采取不同的方式手段,防水效果好,达到一级防水等级的要求。
