The preparation method comprises the following steps: S1, fully mixing the cement, the sand, the fine stone, the silica fume and the nano silicon dioxide modified polypropylene fiber to obtain a mixture A; s2, adding a water reducing agent and an early strength agent into water to obtain amixture B; s3, uniformly mixing the mixture A and the mixture B, and continuously stirring and mixing the mixtures to obtain the anti-freezing concrete mixture. The concrete prepared by the inventionhas good anti-freezing capability.
