The invention discloses a preparation method of composite ceramic with thermal shock resistance. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) dividing kaolin into a part a and a part b; (2) calcining the a parts of kaolin to obtain calcined kaolin; (3) carrying out electrolysis treatment on the b parts of kaolin to obtain electrolyzed kaolin; (4) respectively grinding and sieving thecalcined kaolin, the electrolytic kaolin, the potassium feldspar, the aluminum oxide powder, the cordierite and the spodumene, then carrying out vacuum pugging, molding and drying, and then glazing byadopting glaze to obtain a bowl blank; (5) carrying out firing molding on the bowl blank, and performing natural cooling to room temperature to obtain the product. According to the composite ceramicprepared by the method, the mechanical property and the thermal shock resistance are greatly improved, so that the application field of the composite ceramic is greatly expanded.
