Improved preparation method of heat-preservation graphene floor heating film
The invention provides an improved preparation method for a heat-preservation graphene floor heating film. The preparation method comprises the following steps that S1, after a construction ground issubjected to leveling, a bottom film is formed on the ground in a coating mode, and coating materials of the bottom film specifically comprise 25-30 parts of hollow titanium oxide powder and 65-80 parts of a bottom film main material; and S2, after coating of the bottom film and before curing of the bottom film, a prefabricated graphene floor heating film is laid, wherein the graphene floor heating film comprises a graphene electric heating film and a connecting layer located below the graphene electric heating film, and the graphene electric heating film comprises a metal base material and agraphene film located below the metal base material. The bottom film with heat-preservation and reflection functions is formed on the surface of the leveled ground in a coating mode, so heat-insulation and heat-preservation effects can be achieved, the concave-convex ground is filled and leveled up, and a flat construction face is provided for the graphene floor heating film above the bottom layer; and the metal base material is not prone to deformation in the construction process, so floor heating construction quality is improved.
一种改进的保温石墨烯地暖膜制备方法,包括如下步骤:S1.施工地面找平后,在地面涂敷形成底膜,所述底膜的涂敷料具体为:空心氧化钛粉末25‑30份、底膜主材65‑80份;S2.在底膜涂敷完成后和固化前,铺设预制好的石墨烯地暖膜,所述石墨烯地暖膜包括石墨烯电热膜和位于石墨烯电热膜下方的衔接层,所述石墨烯电热膜包括金属基材和位于金属基材下方的石墨烯膜。本发明将具备保温反射功能的底膜涂敷形成在找平后的地面表面,不仅能起到隔热保温作用,且填平了凹凸地面,为底层上方的石墨烯地暖膜提供了平坦的施工面,施工过程中金属基材不易变形,地暖施工质量提高。
