A transverse guide rail controller is installed at the upper end of the base plate and located on the left side of the pigment tank and the feeding device, a transverse guide rail is arranged on one side of the transverse guide rail controller, a spray head is installed on the transverse guide rail, pigment is sprayed out from the top end of the spray head, and wheels are installed at the four corners of the lower end of the chassis. The road marking lofting sectioning machine is suitable for various roads such as expressways, ground roads and tunnels, and solves the problems of low efficiency, high error rate and large rework amount due to the fact that manual measurement is carried out on a waterline and then sections are drawn on the two sides of the waterline according to the rule to serve as marks at present; and the operation efficiency and the operation accuracy are greatly improved.
