An independently researched and developed tool bit and a tool rest are arranged on the ground breaking and grooving mechanism, and the concrete dry-wet separation and stirring mechanism comprises a sand storage bin, a dry concrete storage bin and a concrete stirring bin. The concrete stirring bin is used for stirring concrete mortar, the concrete conveying pipeline is used for conveying the stirred concrete mortar into a formed groove, the whole vehicle rack is used for integrally supporting the vehicle body, and the stone storing and transporting mechanism transports stone stored in the bin to the stone guide rail. The stone guide rail conveys stone into a road edge stone groove where concrete is paved, and the vibration leveling mechanism vibrates and levels the stone subjected to lofting, so that mechanization and automation of road edge stone lofting are achieved.
