The road anti-collision guardrail comprises a base fixed to the ground, a sliding groove is formed in the top of the base, an anti-collision guardrail mechanism is arranged on the base, the anti-collision guardrail mechanism comprises a mounting assembly and an anti-collision assembly, and the mounting assembly comprises an end mounting plate located at the position close to the end of the base; the two end mounting plates are symmetrically distributed on the two sides of the base, the mounting assembly further comprises a middle mounting plate arranged between the two end mounting plates, end mounting blocks are fixed to the sides, away from each other, of the two end mounting plates, and vertical rods rotationally connected with the end mounting blocks are arranged on the end mounting blocks in a penetrating mode; sliding blocks in sliding fit with the sliding grooves are fixed to the lower ends of the vertical rods, the end mounting plates and the middle mounting plates are movably connected through rotating connecting assemblies, the adjacent middle mounting plates are movably connected through rotating connecting assemblies, and reset pieces used for driving the sliding blocks to reset are further arranged on the base. The vehicle impact force can be fully reduced and eliminated, so that the probability of damage to the road guardrail is reduced.
