The invention discloses a steel bar planting method in pile foundation underpinning construction. The steel bar planting method comprises the steps that firstly, a plurality of steel bar planting height layers which are sequentially arranged at intervals from top to bottom are preset on a pile foundation to be subjected to steel bar planting; secondly, a plurality of steel bar planting holes are drilled in one steel bar planting height layer, the steel bar planting holes extend from the outer side face of the pile foundation to the interior of the pile foundation, cleaning and ash removal areconducted on the steel bar planting holes, anchoring glue is injected into the steel bar planting holes, prefabricated connecting steel bars are inserted into the steel bar planting holes into which the anchoring glue is injected, and steel bar planting of the steel bar planting height layer is completed; and the process is repeated for conducting steel bar planting on other steel bar planting height layers one by one. According to the steel bar planting method in pile foundation underpinning construction, the influence on the structural strength and stability of the pile foundation in the steel bar planting process can be greatly reduced, the construction safety is guaranteed, and the underpinning construction quality of the whole pile foundation is guaranteed.
