The invention relates to a synchronous construction method of a steelmaking plant and a roof large-diameter pipeline. The synchronous construction method comprises the following steps that 1, before construction, a reasonable crawler crane exiting route is selected according to a construction plane arrangement diagram and a dust removal pipeline arrangement diagram; 2, after the track crane exiting route is determined, construction technology disclosure is carried out, and main construction procedures are determined; and 3, the main construction procedures comprises the steps of closing each span of roof, withdrawing the crawler crane from the closed span of the roof, installing a roof dust removal support, hoisting a section of roof dust removal pipeline in the span through the crawler crane, continuing to close the roof, and withdrawing the crawler crane from the roof dust removal pipeline. According to the synchronous construction method, the steelmaking plant roof and the roof dustremoval pipeline are synchronously constructed, the efficiency is high, and the safety risks are low.
本发明涉及一种炼钢厂房与屋面大口径管道的同步施工方法，它包括如下步骤：一、施工前根据施工平面布置图及除尘管道布置图，选择合理的履带吊退场路线；二、在确定好履带吊退场路线后，进行施工技术交底，确定主要施工工序；三：主要施工工序为：每一跨屋面封闭→履带吊退出屋面封闭跨→安装屋面除尘支架→履带吊跨内吊装一段屋面除尘管道→继续封闭屋面、履带吊退装屋面除尘管道。本发明使炼钢厂房屋面和屋面除尘管道同步施工，效率高，安全风险低。
