The invention discloses a rust prevention method and device for reserved steel bars in stage construction. The method comprises the steps that in the construction process of a building structure, thereserved steel bars are sleeved with sleeves in a spaced mode, the front ends of the sleeves stretch into the building structure and are provided with water stop rings, and the rear ends of the sleeves exceed the ends of the reserved steel bars and then are bent upwards and opened; after all the reserved steel bars are sleeved with the sleeves, concrete is poured till the building structure is formed; a colloid waterproof material is injected from openings in the rear ends of the sleeves till the sleeves are full with the colloid waterproof material, and the openings in the rear ends of the sleeves are closed through pipe caps; and the sleeves in the same row are integrally fixed through full-length connecting pieces. The rust prevention effect is good, the reserved steel bars are not damaged, later construction is not affected, operation is convenient, and subsequent construction is facilitated.
