The invention provides a plastic template plug for fixing reserved steel bars. The plastic template plug comprises a template plug surface, a template plug, a reserved steel bar hole, a fixed steel bar ring, a building template, and a plurality of fixed ribs; the reserved steel bar hole is formed in the building template; the outer side of the reserved steel bar hole is sleeved with the fixed steel bar ring; the outer side of the fixed steel bar ring is sleeved with the template plug surface; the template plug surface is embedded in the building template; the template plug is embedded betweenthe template plug surface and the fixed steel bar ring; and the template plug is fixed to the template plug surface by the fixed ribs. The quality of wall reinforcements and the appearance quality ofwall concrete are greatly improved, and the damage to the template is reduced, thereby achieving the purpose of cost reducing.
