Steel slag-based pervious concrete and preparation process thereof
The invention discloses steel slag-based pervious concrete and a preparation process thereof. The invention aims to satisfy the requirements of sponge cities for water permeability, water seepage and the like of road materials. The steel slag-based pervious concrete comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 350-500 parts of spherical or granular steel slag, 70-80 parts of ordinary Portland cement, 9-19 parts of steel slag micropowder, 4-15 parts of mineral powder, 0.2-1.0 part of a water reducing agent, 20-34 parts of water, 3-11 parts of adhesive powder and 0.4-1.5 parts of an exciting agent. According to the invention, the ordinary Portland cement, the steel slag micropowder and the mineral powder are used as bases, the spherical or granular steel slag is used as aggregate, and the adhesive powder, the water reducing agent, the exciting agent and the like are used as optimizers to prepare the steel slag-based pervious concrete suitable for a pavement of a sponge city. The pervious concrete is improved; the long-term water retention, water permeability and permeability of the pervious concrete are guaranteed, and meanwhile, the utilization rate of the steel slag in the pervious concrete is effectively increased; the practicability of a water storage type pavement structure for the sponge city is improved, the cost of the pervious concrete is reduced, and low-carbon and sustainable development is promoted; and the application prospect of the steel slag-based pervious concrete is good.
本发明针对海绵城市对道路材料透水、渗水等要求,公开了一种钢渣基透水混凝土及制备工艺。按照重量百分比,包括以下组分:圆球状或粒状钢渣350~500份、普通硅酸盐水泥70~80份、钢渣微粉9~19份、矿粉4~15份、减水剂0.2~1.0份、水20~34份、粘结胶粉3~11份、激发剂0.4~1.5份。以普通硅酸盐水泥、钢渣微粉及矿粉为基础,以圆球状或粒状钢渣为骨料,以粘结胶粉、减水剂及激发剂等为优化剂,制备适用于海绵城市路面的钢渣基透水混凝土。本发明通过对透水混凝土进行改进,在保证透水混凝土长期保水透水性和通透性的同时,有效提高了钢渣在透水混凝土中的利用率,不仅增加了海绵城市蓄水型铺装结构的实用性,还降低了透水混凝土成本,促进了低碳、可持续发展,应用前景良好。
