Pervious recycled concrete resistant to chloride ion erosion and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of concrete, and particularly discloses pervious recycled concrete resistant to chloride ion erosion and a preparation method thereof. The pervious recycled concrete is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 200-300 parts of cement, 600-700 parts of sand, 1000-1100 parts of gravels, 700-800 parts of recycled aggregate, 80-150 parts of fly ash, 60-100 parts of mineral powder, 70-120 parts of calcium carbonate, 50-100 parts of nanometer silicon dioxide, 40-80 parts of rubber powder, 30-50 parts of steel fibers, 5-7 parts of a tackifier, 3-5 parts of a water reducing agent and 170-230 parts of water. The preparation method comprises the step of uniformly mixing the raw materials to obtain the recycled concrete. By reducing interface action between the recycled aggregate and cement paste, the compactness of an interface transition area is improved, pores in the concrete are reduced, and the chloride ion permeation capacityis reduced, so the chloride ion erosion resistance of the recycled concrete is improved.
