The invention provides anti-bioerosion wear-resistant recycled aggregate pervious concrete and a preparation method thereof, and the pervious concrete comprises the following components in parts by weight: 1350 parts of recycled aggregate, 285-360 parts of cement, 25-45 parts of superfine slag powder, 25-45 parts of copper tailing slag, 90-125 parts of water, 0.16-0.22 part of a water reducing agent, 12-25 parts of redispersible latex powder, 0.15-0.25 part of cellulose ether, 0.5-4 parts of magnesium fluosilicate, 1-5 parts of sodium silicate and 0.5-3 parts of copper sulfate. Compared with common pervious concrete, the concrete has more excellent wear resistance by adding the copper tailing slag and utilizing the wear resistance of the slag, and in a humid environment, growth of moss in an outdoor semi-shady humid environment can be effectively inhibited by virtue of a copper ion slow release effect of copper sulfate in cement slurry with strong alkalinity and a compact structure; and the concrete has a certain sterilizing effect, can reduce underground water pollution, is good in working performance, low in cost and environment-friendly, saves resources, and has a good application prospect.
本发明提供一种防生物侵蚀耐磨再生骨料透水混凝土及其制备方法,该透水混凝土,按重量份计,包括以下组分:再生骨料:1350份,水泥:285~360份,超细矿渣粉:25~45份,铜尾矿渣:25~45份,水:90~125份,减水剂:0.16~0.22份,再可分散乳胶粉:12~25份,纤维素醚:0.15~0.25份,氟硅酸镁:0.5~4份,硅酸钠:1~5份,硫酸铜:0.5~3份。与普通透水混凝土相比,本发明通过加入铜尾矿渣,利用矿渣的耐磨特性,使混凝土具有更优异的耐磨性,在潮湿环境下,通过硫酸铜在强碱性且结构致密的水泥浆料中的铜离子缓释效果,能够有效抑制室外半阴潮湿环境下苔藓的生长,还有一定的杀菌效果,能减少地下水污染,且本发明工作性能好,节约资源,成本低廉,对环境友好,具有广阔的应用前景。
