The invention discloses a large-size light-weight wall decorative ceramic tile which is mainly prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 20-50 parts of nano silicon dioxide, 15-20parts of nano aluminum oxide, 20-30 parts of resin, 5-10 parts of kaolin, 5-20 parts of medium-temperature porcelain sand, 5-20 parts of low-temperature porcelain sand, 0.1-3 part of silicone grease,2-5 parts of natural sand, 2-5 parts of artificial sand, 2-5 parts of fly ash, 2-5 parts of slag powder, and 5-10 parts of redispersible latex powder. Compared with an existing ceramic tile, the weight of the finished ceramic tile is greatly reduced, the transportation cost is improved, and meanwhile the finished ceramic tile is more convenient to use.
本发明公开了一种用于大尺寸轻量化墙体装饰瓷砖，主要由以下重量份的原料制备而成：纳米二氧化硅20‑50份、纳米氧化铝15‑20份、树脂20‑30份、高岭土5‑10份、中温瓷砂5‑20份、低温瓷砂5‑20份、硅脂0.1‑3份，所述原料还包括天然砂、人工砂、粉煤灰、矿渣粉，天然砂、人工砂、粉煤灰、矿渣粉重量份分别为2‑5份、2‑5份、2‑5份、2‑5份，所述原料还包括可再分散乳胶粉5‑10重量份。本发明的成品相对于现有的瓷砖其重量被大大的压缩降低了，提高运输成本的同时，也更加便于使用。
