The invention discloses a device and method for detecting thickness of cast-in-place pile hole bottom sediment. A measuring cake of the device is provided with a through hole, wherein a measuring needle positioning sleeve is arranged on the top surface of the measuring cake and is coaxial with the through hole, long grooves are formed in the two side surfaces of the measuring needle positioning sleeve, a measuring needle is inserted into the measuring needle positioning sleeve, a left support and a right support are arranged on the top surface of the measuring cake and are positioned on the two sides of the measuring needle positioning sleeve, two L-shaped lock catches are hinged to the left support and the right support, short arms of the L-shaped lock catches right face the long groovesof the measuring needle positioning sleeve, a line concentration ring is arranged at the top end of the measuring needle, two pull ropes penetrate into the line concentration ring, the bottom ends ofthe pull ropes are connected with the long arm free ends of the two L-shaped lock catches, and the top ends penetrate out of the line concentration ring to be combined into one pull rope. According tothe method, the position of the measuring needle is locked through the two L-shaped lock catches, measuring needle locking is released when the measuring cake is placed on the surface of sediment atthe bottom of a hole, and the measuring needle penetrates through the measuring cake through hole and is downwards inserted into the bottom of the hole; and the position of the measuring needle is locked again, then the measuring cake and the measuring needle are lifted out through the pull rope, and the extending length of the measuring needle is measured to be the sediment thickness. The deviceand method can accurately measure the thickness of sediment at the bottom of the hole and remarkably improve the detection operation efficiency.
本发明公开了一种用于灌注桩孔底沉渣厚度的检测装置及方法，本装置的测饼设有通孔，测针定位套设于测饼顶面与通孔同轴，测针定位套两侧面设有长槽，测针插入测针定位套内，左右支架设于测饼顶面并且位于测针定位套两侧，两根L形锁扣铰接于左右支架并且短臂正对测针定位套的长槽，集线环设于测针顶端，两根拉绳穿入集线环并且底端连接两根L形锁扣的长臂自由端、顶端穿出集线环后合并成一根拉绳。本方法通过两根L形锁扣锁定测针位置，测饼置于孔底沉渣表面时解除测针锁定，测针穿过测饼通孔并下插到孔底；再次锁定测针位置后通过拉绳提出测饼和测针，测量测针探出的长度即为沉渣厚度。本装置和方法可精确测量孔底沉渣厚度，显著提高检测作业效率。
