The invention provides a large-span net rack mounting method. The method comprises the following steps that two sections of starting net rack units are assembled on the ground; the first head of one section of the starting net rack unit is located on an A-axis end support, and the other section of the starting net rack unit is lifted and located on a B-axis end support; the second head of the starting net rack unit is lifted, and pre-spliced ball arm assemblies are repeatedly aligned and spliced onto the starting net rack unit of the A-axis end support one by one from the A-axis end; the accumulated net rack unit and the starting net rack unit are lifted and aligned at the same time, and the accumulated net rack unit and the starting net rack unit are folded and butted at high altitude byusing a ball rod assembly to complete splicing of the whole starting net rack unit; balls and rods of a reticulated shell structure are spliced into cones on the ground, and the units are sequentiallyarranged according to the layer where nodes are located and the horizontal distribution position; and the cones are hoisted to a mounting position by using a crane, the cones are sequentially buttedfrom low positions on two sides to high positions in bulk, and finally the cones are gathered in the middle part. According to the large-span net rack mounting method, the construction efficiency is high, the construction cost is low, and the actual situation of a mounting site is better met.
本发明提供了一种大跨度网架安装方法,该方法包括如下步骤:在地面上进行两段起头网架单元的拼装;将其中一段起头网架单元的第一头座落在A轴端支座上,提升另一段起头网架单元并将其座落于B轴端支座上;提升起头网架单元的第二头,从A轴端开始将预拼球杆组件逐个重复对位拼接至A轴端支座的起头网架单元上;将累计网架单元和起头网架单元同时提升对位,用球杆组件在高空合拢对接,完成起始网架单元的拼装;在地面将网壳结构的球和杆件拼成一个个锥体,单元按照节点所在层和水平分布位置顺序排列;用起重机吊起锥体至其安装位置,自两侧低处依次向高处对接散装,最终在中部合拢。本发明施工效率高,施工成本低,更加符合安装现场的实际情况。
