Concrete subway shield segment normal-temperature steam-curing-free material as well as preparation method and application thereof
The invention provides a concrete subway shield segment normal-temperature steam-curing-free material and a preparation method and application thereof. The steam-curing-free material is prepared from,by weight, 400-800 parts of quick-hardening high-strength cement, 0-200 parts of filling and compacting material, 100-400 parts of admixture and 0-50 parts of functional additive. The preparation method comprises the following steps: sequentially adding the prepared powder into a powder mixing device, and conducting stirring to obtain the steam-curing-free material. The steam-curing-free material, an early-strength water reducing agent and cement mortar are doped at the environment temperature of 15 DEG C or above to prepare a concrete prefabricated part, the process is simple, the concrete prefabricated part can be used for subway shield segments, wallboards, floors, caissons, accropode blocks, prefabricated beams and the like, the early strength of the concrete prefabricated part is remarkably improved, the formwork removal time is shortened, and the construction cost is reduced. The turnover efficiency of a mold is improved and the energy consumption is reduced.
本发明提供一种混凝土地铁盾构管片常温免蒸养材料及其制备方法和应用,所述免蒸养材料按重量份,包括快硬高强水泥400~800份,填充加密材料0~200份,掺合料100~400份,功能助剂0~50份;其制备方法为将配置好的各粉料依次加入到粉料混合装置,搅拌制得免蒸养材料;在15℃及以上环境温度,掺入免蒸养材料、早强型减水剂和水泥胶砂制备混凝土预制构件,其工艺简单,可用于地铁盾构管片、墙板、楼板、沉箱、扭王块、预制梁等混凝土预制构件中,显著提高混凝土预制构件的早期强度,缩短拆模时间,提高模具的周转效率,节约能耗。
