The invention discloses an environment-friendly preparation process of a light magnesium oxysulfate wall material, which comprises the following steps: S1, mixing light calcined magnesia powder, a magnesium sulfate solution and a magnesium oxysulfate modifier to obtain a first mixture; S2, mixing polystyrene particles, a foaming agent, an active filler, foaming agent foam and the first mixture toobtain a second mixture; S3, injecting fibers and the second mixture into a mold of which the bottom is provided with a layer of laid glass fiber net, sending the material into a forming machine for natural forming, and laying a layer of glass fiber net at the top of the mold; and S4, conducting demolding, naturally forming the sample at normal temperature, and then naturally conducting curing. Inthe environment-friendly preparation process of the light magnesium oxysulfate wall material, no pollutant is discharged, and the light magnesium oxysulfate wall material has good environment-friendly performance. The light magnesium oxysulfate wall material produced by the invention has the advantages of good sound insulation, bending resistance, bearing resistance and anti-halogenation effect,the fire resistance reaches the A1-level standard, and meanwhile, the requirements of light products are met.
