The invention provides a porous ceramic with high open porosity and high flexural strength. The porous ceramic is prepared by preparing inorganic mixture powder from construction wastes serving as main raw materials by mainly adopting a plasma ball milling process and then mixing, granulating, forming and sintering the inorganic mixture powder, wherein the mixing refers to mixing of an inorganic mixture with corn starch and activated carbon. According to the preparation method of the porous ceramic, cold field discharge plasma can be introduced into mechanical vibration ball milling by virtueof the plasma ball milling process, and powder refinement and active activation are promoted by virtue of the synergistic effect of high-energy non-equilibrium plasma of gas in a ball milling tank andmechanical ball milling, so a combination reaction is facilitated, ball milling efficiency is improved, and sintering temperature is reduced; and therefore, the defects of insufficient traditional ball milling energy, low ball milling efficiency, non-uniform mixing and the like in the prior art are overcome.
本发明提供了一种以建筑废弃物为主要原料,主要通过等离子球磨工艺制备的一种无机混合物粉体,经过混合、造粒、成型和烧结制备而成的开口孔隙率高、抗折强度高的多孔陶瓷;混合是无机混合物与玉米淀粉以及活性炭进行混合。该多孔陶瓷的制备方法借助等离子球磨工艺可以将冷场放电等离子体引入到机械振动球磨中,借助气体在球磨罐中的高能非平衡等离子体和机械球磨协同作用,促进粉体细化、活性活化,利于化合反应,提高球磨效率,降低烧结温度,从而克服了传统球磨能量不够、球磨效率低、混合不均匀等缺点。
