The invention discloses a walking type pushing construction method for a segmental assembled steel box girder on overpass busy highway, which comprises the the following steps: step 1, a 260-ton crawler crane enters a field, an assembling bracket a-b and a pushing bracket a-c are installed, 75-ton truck cranes are used for respectively assembling the segments 1#-4# of the steel girder into a wholeon the ground, the steel girder segments and nose girders are hoisted in place by using the 260-ton crawler crane; and step 2, a pushing bracket d is constructed, the steel nose girder and the segments 1#-4# of the steel girder are pushed forwards by 13.5 m, and then a segment 5# is hoisted at the tail end of the bracket by utilizing the 260-ton crawler crane. The construction method has the advantages that the requirements of owners for the construction period are met, the construction cost is saved, and the problems that in the construction process of walking type pushing of the segmental assembled steel box girder, the construction difficulty is large due to the problems that the intersection angle of roads is small, the site is narrow, and transportation is difficult, traffic of highway vehicles is hindered in the construction process, the construction efficiency is reduced, and the construction cost is increased are solved.
本发明公开了用于上跨繁忙高速节段拼装钢箱梁步履式顶推施工方法,包括以下步骤:步骤一:260吨履带吊机进场,拼装支架a—b和顶推支架a—c安装完成,利用75吨汽车吊把钢梁1#‑‑4#节段地面分别拼装为整体,然后利用260吨履带吊把钢梁节段及导梁吊装到位;步骤二:施工顶推支架d,钢导梁及钢梁1#‑‑4#节段整体向前顶推13.5m,然后利用260吨履带吊在支架尾端吊装5#节段。本发明具备满足了业主对工期的要求,节约了施工成本的优点,通过解决了高速节段拼装钢箱梁步履式顶推在施工的过程中由于公路交角度小,场地狭小和运输困难等问题造成施工难度大,在施工过程中会阻碍高速公路车辆的通行,降低了施工效率低,增加了施工成本的问题。
