Superposed beam
The invention provides a superposed beam which is used for overcoming the defects that a superposed structure in the prior art is large in dead weight and poor in applicability, the overall dead weight of the superposed beam is reduced, the construction efficiency is improved, and the application and the popularization are facilitated. By arranging a prefabricated cross beam, a prefabricated column pipe, a prefabricated plate and a reinforcing plate, the prefabricated column pipe is arranged on the bottom side of the prefabricated cross beam, and the prefabricated plate is connected with the prefabricated cross beam through reinforcing steel bars, so that the whole system structure is more stable; the reinforcing plate is installed at the upper side of the prefabricated plate through welding hole connecting parts, so that the influence of the concrete pouring direction on the residual slippage and the initial rigidity is reduced; and the prefabricated cross beam, the prefabricated column pipe and the prefabricated plate are light in self-weight and reasonable in stress performance, almost no formwork is needed, and the construction speed is high.
本发明提供了一种叠合梁,用以解决现有技术中叠合结构自重大,适用性差的缺陷,实现减轻叠合梁的整体自重,提高施工效率,有利于推广应用。本发明通过设置预制横梁、预制柱管、预制板和加强板,预制柱管设于预制横梁的底侧,预制板通过钢筋与预制横梁连接,使得整个体系构造更加稳定,加强板通过焊孔连接件安装于预制板的上侧,降低了混凝土浇筑方向对残余滑移量和初期刚度的影响,预制横梁、预制柱管和预制板自重较轻、受力性能合理、几乎不需要模板、施工速度快。
