The invention relates to the field of superposed beams, in particular to a weight-reducing reinforced superposed beam which comprises a reinforcement cage, a plurality of supporting frames are fixedly arranged in the reinforcement cage, and the supporting frames are fixedly connected with the reinforcement cage; a tensioning mechanism is arranged on the supporting frame; the tensioning mechanism comprises a driving part and a plurality of tensioning parts; and the multiple tensioning pieces are in sliding fit with one of the supporting frames, and the driving piece is used for driving the multiple tensioning pieces to slide in the direction close to each other or away from each other at the same time. The compressive strength of the superposed beam is improved.
