Fabricated superposed beam
The invention discloses an assembly type superposed beam which comprises a precast beam, a steel reinforcement framework, a plurality of connecting parts arranged on the precast beam and a cast-in-place concrete layer formed on the precast beam. The connecting parts are connected with the steel reinforcement framework. The connecting part is used for fixing the reinforcement cage on the inner wall surface of the accommodating space of the precast beam; the cast-in-place concrete layer is formed on the precast beam, and the steel reinforcement framework is embedded in the cast-in-place concrete layer. Different from a traditional rectangular precast beam, the steel reinforcement framework is fixed to the surface of the inner side wall of the precast beam through a plurality of connecting parts instead of being fixed in a pre-embedding mode, the proportion of a concrete body in the precast beam can be greatly reduced, and the hollow structure in the middle of the precast beam can greatly reduce the construction cost. The weight of the precast beam component of the superposed beam can be effectively and remarkably reduced, the precast beam is more convenient to transport, hoist and construct, rapid installation can be achieved, and safety is guaranteed.
本发明公开了一种装配式叠合梁,所述装配式叠合梁包括预制梁、钢筋骨架和设置于所述预制梁上的多个连接部件以及形成于所述预制梁上的现浇混凝土层:所述连接部件与所述钢筋骨架连接,连接部件用于将钢筋骨架固定在所述预制梁的容纳空间的内壁表面上;形成于所述预制梁上的现浇混凝土层,所述钢筋骨架埋设于所述现浇混凝土层中。区别于传统的矩形预制梁,本发明通过多个连接部件将钢筋骨架固定在预制梁的内侧壁表面上,而非预埋的方式固定钢筋骨架,可以极大降低预制梁中混凝土主体的占比,预制梁中部镂空的结构,可以有效且显著的降低叠合梁的预制梁构件的重量,使预制梁的运输、吊装、施工更方便,可实现快捷安装且安全有保证。
