The invention relates to the field of building reinforcing structures, in particular to a tensioning and locking anchor rod. The tensioning and locking anchor rod comprises an anchor rod body, a locking belt is arranged on the outer surface of the anchor rod body, a locking block is arranged on the outer surface of the locking belt, and a base plate is arranged on the side, close to the locking belt, of the outer surface of the anchor rod body; a fixing plate is arranged on the inner side of the anchor rod body, and a fixing bolt is arranged between the fixing plate and the anchor rod body; ananti-disengagement groove is formed in the side, close to the locking belt, of the outer surface of one side of the anchor rod body; and a partition plate is arranged on the inner side of the lockingblock. The tensioning and locking anchor rod is provided with the locking belt, ripples and a twist rod, the thickness of the anchor rod body can be conveniently adjusted, thus the anchor rod body can be conveniently inserted into a drilled hole to be fixed, moreover, the friction resistance between the anchor rod body and the inner wall of the drilled hole can be increased through the spiral shape of the twist rod and the ripples, thus the anchor rod is prevented from falling off, and the application prospect of the tensioning and locking anchor rod is better.
