Wherein the industrial waste liquid contains at least one of a carboxyl group, a hydroxyl group, an ester group and an epoxy group. According to the prepared liquid grinding aid, the industrial waste liquid is used as a main raw material, the specific surface area of the superfine slag powder in the slag grinding process is increased through the action of various groups, the activity of the superfine slag powder is improved, and the dispersity and fluidity of the slag are also improved.
