The invention relates to a high-strength alkali-free liquid accelerator and a preparation method thereof. The high-strength alkali-free liquid accelerator comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 14-30% of aluminum sulfate, 5%-10% of fluorine-containing acid, 5%-9% of aluminum hydroxide, 2%-7% of alcohol amine compounds, 10%-20% of an organic polymer coagulation accelerating component, 0.5%-2% of a dispersing agent, and the balance of water, wherein the sum of the mass percentages of the components is 100%. The invention also comprises a preparation method of the accelerator. The high-strength alkali-free liquid accelerator disclosed by the invention is stable in property and good in accelerating effect; when being used in concrete, the accelerator is short in setting time, high in early strength, high in later strength retention rate and low in injection resilience rate; the accelerator can be widely applied to supporting, leaking stoppage and repair of tunnels, highways, railways, mines and subways.
