High-strength durable alkali-free accelerator and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of alkali-free accelerator preparation, in particular to a high-strength durable alkali-free accelerator and a preparation method thereof. The alkali-free accelerator is prepared from, by mass, 30-65 parts of aluminum sulfate, 12-18 parts of ferrous sulfate, 2-8 parts of organic amine, 1-5 parts of suspension stabilizer, 1-3 parts of stabilizer, 1-5 parts of modified water reducer and 20-35 parts of water. The preparation method comprises the following steps: S1, grinding and processing the aluminum sulfate and the ferrous sulfate, and performing sieving with a 80-300-mesh sieve for later use; and S2, adding the mixture into a mixed solution of the organic amine, the suspension stabilizer, the stabilizer and the water, performing dissolving at 40-100 DEG C, meanwhile, strongly stirring for 10-30 minutes by using a high-speed stirrer, and then, adding the modified water reducer and continuously stirring for 15-25 minutes. According to the invention, the water blocking effect of the alkali-free accelerator can be effectively improved, and premature decomposition of rapid hardening components contained in the alkali-free accelerator due to water absorption is avoided.
本发明涉及无碱速凝剂制备技术领域,尤其涉及一种高强耐久无碱速凝剂及其制备方法,该无碱速凝剂按质量份计包括以下原料:硫酸铝30~65份、硫酸亚铁12~18份、有机胺2~8份、悬浮稳定剂1~5份、稳定剂1~3份、改性减水剂1~5份以及水20~35份,且其制备方法包括以下步骤:S1、将硫酸铝和硫酸亚铁磨碎加工,过80~300目筛,备用;S2、加入有机胺、悬浮稳定剂、稳定剂和水的混合溶液中,在40℃~100℃条件下溶解,同时用高速搅拌器强力搅拌10~30分钟,随后,加入改性减水剂继续搅拌15~25分钟。本发明可以有效地改善无碱速凝剂的阻水效果,避免其内部所含的速凝成分因吸水而过早分解。
