The high-performance concrete comprises the following materials: coarse aggregate, machine-made sand, a water reducing agent and water, wherein the coarse aggregate comprises cement and antimony tailings macadam; in each cubic meter of the high-performance concrete, the mass ratio of the cement to the antimony tailings macadam to the machine-made sand to the water reducing agent to the water is (442-485): (1047-1091): (724-758): (4.86-5.82): 160; the mineral component of the antimony tailings macadam is mainly quartz; and the content of SiO2 in the quartz is 74.47%-94.17%.
