Graphene oxide/polymer modified cement-based repair mortar and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to graphene oxide/polymer modified cement-based repair mortar and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the field of new building materials. The graphene oxide/polymer modified cement-based repair mortar is composed of 35-45% by weight of powder, 40-50% by weight of quartz sand and 10-15% by weight of a liquid material, wherein the powder is composed of 10-20 parts ofquick-hardening sulphoaluminate cement, 50-60 parts of Portland cement, 5-15 parts of superfine fly ash, 15-25 parts of mineral slag, 5-10 parts of silica fume, 1-3 parts of calcined nano-clay particles, 0.3-0.9 part of cellulose, 0.01-0.07 part of graphene oxide and 5-10 parts of polymer. The liquid material is composed of the following components by weight: 0.8-2.0 parts of a water reducing agent and 96-98.2 parts of water. The graphene oxide is adopted, the mechanical property and durability of the repair mortar are improved, the flexibility of the repair mortar is improved by adopting thepolymer water-borne epoxy resin emulsion, the styrene-butadiene emulsion and the styrene-acrylic emulsion, and the chloride ion corrosion resistance of a mortar matrix is effectively improved.
