The invention discloses a high-performance autoclaved aerated concrete plate which is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight: 1580-1600 parts of slurry, 440-460 partsof waste slurry, 250-270 parts of lime, 590-610 parts of cement, 2.5-2.7 parts of aluminum paste and 0.5-2 part of an additive. The invention further discloses a preparation method of the high-performance autoclaved aerated concrete plate. The high-performance autoclaved aerated concrete plate disclosed by the invention is excellent in comprehensive performance, light in weight, more excellent inimpermeability, compressive strength, heat preservation performance and drying shrinkage performance, good in frost resistance, crack resistance, fire resistance and sound insulation, and more economical and environment-friendly in use.
