The autoclaved aerated concrete plate is prepared from the following substances in parts by mass: 50 to 65 parts of fly ash, 3 to 10 parts of gypsum, 15 to 25 parts of solid waste slurry, 7 to 10 parts of cement, 9 to 13 parts of lime, 0.02 to 0.08 part of aluminum powder paste and 0.1 to 1 part of hydrophobic particles. Wherein the hydrophobic particles comprise nano-particles and low-surface-energy substances attached to the surfaces of the nano-particles. According to the autoclaved aerated concrete plate provided by the invention, a multi-stage nano-structure is constructed on the surface of the autoclaved aerated concrete plate and in the air holes by utilizing the nano-particles of which the surfaces are attached with the low-surface-energy substances, so that the overall hydrophobicity of the material and the plate is improved from inside to outside, and the autoclaved aerated concrete plate has a good heat preservation effect and corrosion resistance.
