The invention discloses an autoclaved aerated concrete plate which is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight: 1250-1300 parts of slurry, 380-420 parts of waste slurry,220-240 parts of lime, 580-600 parts of cement, 2.8-3.1 parts of aluminum paste, 0.5-1 part of a gas forming agent and 0.3-0.7 part of a foam stabilizer. The invention further discloses a preparationmethod of the autoclaved aerated concrete plate. The autoclaved aerated concrete plate disclosed by the invention is good in comprehensive performance, light in weight, more excellent in compressivestrength, heat preservation performance and drying shrinkage performance, and better in comprehensive performance.
