The autoclaved aerated concrete plate comprises two surface layers, a middle layer arranged between the two surface layers and a reinforcing mesh cage pre-buried in the surface layers and the middle layer, wherein the surface layers are prepared from the following raw materials of, in parts by mass, 100 to 150 parts of molybdenum tailing sand, 30 to 50 parts of quick lime, 40 to 70 parts of cement, 2 to 6 parts of aluminum powder, 8 to 15 parts of gypsum, 0.5 to 1 part of antibacterial moisture-proof agent and 200 to 250 parts of tap water, the middle layer is prepared from the following raw materials of, in parts by mass, 10 to 15 parts of bamboo charcoal, 40 to 50 parts of modified tea leaves, 20 to 30 parts of clay and 60 to 80 parts of sparkling water, the diameter of a reinforcing steel bar used in the reinforcing mesh cage is 5-10 millimeters, and the preparation method of the autoclaved aerated concrete plate comprises the following steps of raw material weighing, reinforcing mesh cage manufacturing, surface layer mixed slurry preparation, middle layer mixed slurry preparation, pouring, standing fermentation, cutting, autoclaved curing and packaging. According to the autoclaved aerated concrete plate and preparation method thereof, an autoclaved aerated concrete slab prepared by the invention is lighter in weight, higher in strength, better in product surface quality and higher in percent of pass.
