Tundish working lining castable and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to a tundish working lining castable and a preparation method thereof. The tundish working lining castable comprises 28-34 parts of magnesite or forsterite sand with the particlesize of 1-3mm, 25-30 parts of magnesite or forsterite sand with the particle size of 0.1-1 mm, 28-34 parts of magnesite with the particle size of less than or equal to 0.075 mm, 1.0-1.5 parts of composite fibers, 3-5 parts of a binding agent, 2.5-3.5 parts of a plasticizer and 0.2-0.5 part of a composite water reducing agent. Wherein the composite water reducing agent is at least two of blocked polyurethane, acrylic resin and azobisisoheptonitrile; according to the tundish working lining castable provided by the invention, under the condition that the unit water consumption is reduced, the rheological property of the castable is improved, the castable is easy to construct and mold and easy to form by self-flowing casting, meanwhile, the maintenance time and the baking time are shortened,the production efficiency of a steel mill is improved, and the tundish working lining castable has important significance in energy conservation and synergy in the iron and steel industry.
本发明涉及一种中间包工作衬浇注料及其制备方法;包括粒径为1‑3mm的镁砂或镁橄榄石砂28‑34份,粒径为0.1‑1mm的镁砂或镁橄榄石砂25‑30份,粒径≤0.075mm的镁砂28‑34份,复合纤维1.0‑1.5份,结合剂3‑5份,增塑剂2.5‑3.5份,复合减水剂0.2‑0.5份;其中,复合减水剂为封端聚氨酯、丙烯酸树脂和偶氮二异庚腈中的至少两种;本发明提供的中间包工作衬浇注料,在降低单位用水量的条件下,增大浇注料流变性能,使浇注料易于施工成型,自流浇注成型,同时缩短养护时间和烘烤时间,提高了钢厂的生产效率,对钢铁行业在节能和增效上具有重要意义。
