The invention discloses a sepiolite mineral-based ceramic sagger for calcining a lithium battery positive electrode material and a preparation method of the ceramic sagger, wherein the preparation method comprises the steps: mixing 50-75 wt% of sepiolite mineral fine powder, 20-35 wt% of alumina fine powder and 0-15 wt% of fused magnesia fine powder in proportion, granulating, carrying out mechanical pressing, naturally drying, and sintering at the temperature of 1100-1300 DEG C; and crushing to obtain reinforced particle aggregate and matrix fine powder with different particle sizes, uniformly mixing the reinforced particle aggregate and the matrix fine powder according to a ratio, carrying out mechanical pressing molding, drying at the temperature of 100-110 DEG C, and sintering at the temperature of 1100-1300 DEG C to obtain the sepiolite mineral-based sagger for calcining the lithium battery positive electrode material. The preparation method is simple in process and low in cost, and the prepared sagger is high in strength and excellent in thermal shock resistance stability and erosion resistance.
本发明公开了一种基于海泡石矿物的煅烧锂电池正极材料用陶瓷匣钵及其制备方法,制备方法包括:将50‑75wt%的海泡石矿物细粉、20‑35wt%的氧化铝细粉、0‑15wt%的电熔镁砂细粉按比例混合,造粒,然后机压成型,自然干燥后在1100~1300℃下烧成,再破碎得到不同粒度的增强颗粒骨料和基质细粉,将增强颗粒骨料和基质细粉按照比例混合均匀,机压成型,100~110℃干燥后,1100~1300℃下烧成,制得基于海泡石矿物的煅烧锂电池正极材料用匣钵。本发明工艺简单、成本低,所制备的匣钵强度高、抗热震稳定性及耐侵蚀性能优异。
