Prestress PHC pipe pile pulling resistance detection device and detection method
The invention provides a prestress PHC pipe pile pulling resistance detection device. The prestress PHC pipe pile pulling resistance detection device comprises a flange plate and a jack with a digitaldisplay function, wherein supporting rods are arranged at the positions, close to the front side edge and the rear side edge, of the flange plate correspondingly; cross beams are arranged at the upper ends of the supporting rods located on the front side and the rear side of the flange plate; the jack is arranged above the flange plate; a cushion block is arranged above the jack; and the front portion and the rear portion of the cushion block abut against the lower sides of the cross beams on the corresponding sides. A detection method of the device comprises the following steps that the flange plate is installed on the upper end face of a pipe pile; sleepers are arranged on the left side and the right side of the flange plate, and a horizontally-arranged supporting beam is arranged on the two sleepers in a bearing manner; and the jack is placed on the supporting beam, the cushion block is arranged on the jack, the jack is started and reaches the preset thrust, the pipe pile top displacement situation is displayed in a jack digital display manner, and whether the pulling resistance reaches the standard or not is judged. The device is simple in structure and convenient to use. Thedetection method is simple in step, and the welding construction procedure is reduced through connection of the flange plate and the pipe pile.
