The invention discloses a high-strength prestressed pipe pile pulling resistance detection device and a detection method thereof. The device comprises at least two buttresses which are poured on a top excavation surface of a pipe pile and are respectively arranged on two opposite sides of the pipe pile; the jacking jack is vertically arranged on the buttress; the jacking jacks on the buttresses on the two opposite sides of the pipe pile are supported at the two ends of the bearing beam respectively, a plurality of penetrating holes are formed in the middle of the bearing beam, the prestressed steel bars of the pipe pile extend to the position above the upper end face of the pipe pile, and the vertical main ribs of the filling core in the pipe pile extend to the position above the upper end opening of the pipe pile. The prestressed steel bars and the vertical main reinforcements are movably arranged in the penetrating holes in a penetrating mode and extend to the positions above the supporting beams, anchorage devices are installed at the upper ends of the prestressed steel bars and the upper ends of the vertical main reinforcements, and the supporting beams are supported on the anchorage devices. The problem that the pile core filling core is easy to pull out during uplift detection of the high-strength prestressed pipe pile in offshore engineering, and the uplift bearing capacity requirement during detection cannot be met is solved.
